
Instituto Capim Santo
The Capim Santo Institute is an NGO founded by chef Morena Leite in 2010, operating as a hub for sustainable social gastronomy. It offers free training for people in vulnerable situations, with more than 12,000 certified students. The Institute manages social restaurants, takes part in events on food and hunger relief, and has already distributed over 2 million meals. All projects are sponsored and rely on donations.
