OTT is an association of Trancoso's tourism and hospitality industry in Trancoso with the MISSION of developing partnerships between public and private authorities to promote Sustainable Tourism in Trancoso, through the professionalization of the sector, the recovery of the destination's identity and attraction and promoting investments and economic opportunities, as well as quality of life for the community, in order to keep Trancoso competitive in the national and international market today and in the long term.

Thaís Guimarães
co-Executive Director
Graduated in Tourism, specialist in Sustainable Management and Marketing, co-creator of Futuri Brasil – Alliance for Regenerative Tourism, having led the Tourism + Sustainable project of Conservation International in Brazil for more than 3 years, a member of Rede Brasileira de Trilhas de Longo Curso and Co-creator of Caminhos do Brasil Original in Southern Bahia, connecting protected areas, communities and visitors, Thaís has focused on developing more sustainable and regenerative destinations through tourism.

Laura Ramallo
co-Executive Director
Graduated in Public Relations with a specialization in Business Administration, Laura has been in Trancoso for over 15 years where she is Co-creator of Futuri Brasil – Alliance for Regenerative Tourism, Founder and Director of the AT (Feed Trancoso) Community Movement, member of the APA Council Caraíva Trancoso, REVIS Council Rio dos Frades e Concidades representing ADT – Associação Despertar Trancoso, President of OSBPS – Social Observatory of Brazil - Porto Seguro, president of ATS – Sustainable Tourism Association.

Bob Shevlin
President
A sustainable tourism pioneer, Bob is a board member of Conservation International Brazil and the Center for Responsible Travel in Washington D.C (CREST). He is co-creator of Organic Festival Trancoso, the Futuri Alliance For Regenerative Tourism, and Alimente Trancoso, a pandemic-era emergency nutrition project for the community. Bob’s a former Communications Director and board member of the BLTA, Brazilian Luxury Travel Association, and was a key volunteer in Association Despertar’s landmark civil action for sustainable tourism to guarantee enforcement of federal environmental laws in Trancoso protecting historic and natural patrimony.

Marcel Leite
Vice-Presidente
